Transfer Options

Students from other universities—both in the Netherlands and abroad—are welcome to apply to continue their studies at Unknown University of Applied Sciences.

We regularly admit students who are partway through another bachelor program if their entrepreneurial goals align more closely with our specialized approach.

How Transfer Works

1. Submit Your Documents
Send your transcript, course descriptions, motivation letter, and proof of enrollment to university@unknown.edu.eu.

2. Academic Evaluation
We review the modules you have already completed and compare their learning objectives to the modules in our curriculum.

You may come from
any previous study, but the number of credits we can recognize depends entirely on how closely your completed courses match ours.

3. Transfer Decision
You will receive a decision outlining:

  • how many ECTS can be transferred
  • which modules are recognized
  • which year you will start in

4. Personalized Study Plan
Once admitted, our academic team helps you create a clear study plan so you can continue your education smoothly and confidently.

The first choice is not always the right one. Are You…

…a student who feels lost in big, impersonal classrooms?

Are you doing well academically but drowning in huge lecture halls where nobody knows your name? Do you want real interaction, coaching, and teachers who actually see you?

If you’re tired of purely theoretical work and crave a more human, applied learning environment, you may be a perfect fit for Unknown University.

…someone who wants to run a business, but your university schedule won’t let you?

Are you trying to build a venture, but your current program gets in the way with fixed schedules, attendance rules, and assignments that don’t support your entrepreneurial goals?

At Unknown University, your business becomes part of your learning — supported through the Incubator, business coaching, and weekly stand-ups designed to help you grow.

…a student stuck in a corporate-style business program that doesn’t match your entrepreneurial goals?

Did you choose business studies only to discover everything feels too corporate, too theoretical, too focused on becoming a consultant instead of a founder?

Do you want creativity, experimentation, real startup skills, and a community of entrepreneurial peers? Then Unknown University may be exactly what you’ve been missing.

…someone with ADHD who learns best through action, not long lectures?

Are you full of ideas but losing focus in long, theoretical classes? Do traditional, months-long semesters overwhelm you, even though you know you’re smart and capable?

At Unknown University, short 5-week modules, weekly stand-ups, and learning-by-doing create a rhythm that helps you stay engaged and motivated. Here, movement, structure, and fast feedback are part of the learning model — making it easier for you to thrive.

…a dyslexic learner who needs practical, real-world learning instead of text-heavy theory?

Are you struggling with reading-heavy courses or dense theoretical textbooks at your current university? Do you understand concepts better when you can do something with them?

At Unknown University, hands-on assignments, real-world projects, and practical application help you learn in a way that fits your strengths. You’ll work with experts who explain things simply, visually, and through practice — not just through written theory.
